COVID-19 Shipping and Delivery Update:
As all of our designs are made and shipped from India, we are taking extra care to sanitize our products and packaging at each and every stage. Due to COVID-19 things are not in our control, such as government shipping delay. We’ll be updating you regularly with our shipping updates on email/Whatsapp. Rest-assured your package will be delivered to you without any issue.
How many days will it take to ship the product?
Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately. You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 3-7 business days shipped via our logistics partners.
ART CART STORES is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Once we hand over your order to the logistics partners it is out of our control to get it to you any faster than what is the time mentioned by our courier partners. If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner and they can help you track it down most of the time.

Returns & Refund Policy:
All products are handmade and we strive to give you a 100% satisfaction when buying our products.
In the Unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping(during transit),we do not offer refund but we will replace the product within 20 days from receiving the request via email after ascertaining if the damage is due to shipping or manufacturing. Please contact us via email at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged box or envelope showing shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box and the packing slip is mandatory to process any request regarding damages. We will need to receive this email within 24 hours of you receiving the product. Once we receive the email, we will take a look at the pictures to ascertain if the damage was caused during shipping and revert back to you.
We don’t have any return policy if you do not like the size, color or design of the product, Please check the description carefully before making your purchases. But if a wrong design has been shipped, then within one week of delivery time it can get exchanged with a new piece of the same or lesser value.
